Tech Lead at Darwin, where I focused on the development of the next generation of a benefits management platform (HRM). This platform is designed to streamline and improve the way that organizations manage employee benefits and reimbursements.
As the leader of a team of 12 Otoleapers, I have designed and implemented a new generation of automotive dealer management solutions, known as Otoleap. My role involves translating product and design requirements into actionable engineering tasks, and continuously improving the architecture of the system to make it more robust, distributed, and global in nature. I am also responsible for overseeing the devops responsibilities of the team.
I have supported and developed a variety of solutions - including integrations, web applications, angular applications, business intelligence tools, and office applications - to automate internal business processes using Microsoft Project Server and Microsoft SharePoint platforms.
I have been responsible for managing communication and coordination between the product, design, and in-house and outsourced engineering teams. In this capacity, I have overseen the code quality, website uptime (Beeline), usage of third-party services, and vendor partnerships. My efforts have been instrumental in ensuring that our team is able to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
As a core developer for the Softline MS Dynamics team, I have designed and implemented a range of modules and components. In addition to my technical contributions, I have also provided guidance and mentorship to my fellow engineers on the team.
